Dale Augenstein

In his words “I’m from God’s country” which translates to small town USA, Owensboro, Kentucky. After graduating from Owensboro High school he decided to spread his wings and attend college at Western Kentucky University. There he found a home in Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and graduated with a degree in Business. In 1991 he started his dream of creating a restaurant that has a center focus around its customers; and Steamer Seafood was born. He is still a resident of his homeland Kentucky but spends majority of his summers on Hilton Head Island creating raving fans.

Erika Waronsky

General Manager
After 14 years of dedication, Erika is the General Manager of Steamer Seafood. Erika went to school in West Virginia and majored in Business Administration. She spent one summer working at Steamer Seafood waiting tables. Two weeks after returning home she decided that she wanted to make Hilton Head her home and moved down in 2000 and hasn't left since.

Bryce Steele

Bryce is also a Western Kentucky University Alumni who is from Glasgow, Kentucky. During the summers of his college career Bryce worked at Steamer on an internship. In 2013 he graduated with a degree in Corporate Communication and in the fall of 2013 he became a full time employee and manager of Steamer Seafood.

Casey Todd

Casey is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in hospitality management. Just like many of our team Casey is originally from Henderson, Kentucky. After spending many summers on the island, Casey spent the summer of 2013 as an intern. In the Fall of 2013 Casey joined "Team Steam" full time and is now a manager at Steamer Seafood.

Kody Brown

Marketing Manager
Kody is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration. Originally from Louisville Kentucky, Kody now lives in Bowling Green working as the Marketing Manager for Steamer Seafood and the Pink Daisy; another businesses associated with the company.

Sam Houston

Sam is from Bluffton, South Carolina and joined team steam 14 years ago. He is the backbone of our kitchen and ensures that our 1,000 plus customers a day leave full and satisfied.

Team Steam

We all work our best when every member of our staff is giving a helping hand and that is what we like to call Team Steam! This member of our team deserves the most credit because Team Steam is all of us working together to CREATE RAVING FANS! Whether it is a manager, hostess, bartender, cook or server, it is our goal to give you great food, southern charm and we hope that you leave loving Steamer Seafood as much as we do!
